Welcome back to Faceless Friday, were we list out all the amazing that’s rocked our faces off this past week!  I’m gonna switch it up this week and start with the “short” list, because sometimes finding gratitude starts with looking at the things that we often take for granted.

Let us begin.

And in no particular order (except for starting with coffee, that shit is intentional):

Coffee, music, wildflower seeds starting to pop up!, some of my other wildflowers blooming already (frost be damned!), being able to laugh at myself, really good flexible hairspray, mowing, sunshine, lilacs ready to bloom, candles that smell fucking amazeballs, food, running water, heat when needed (cause what the fuck mother nature), paint, rainy days when my body needs a break, YouTube docuseries (I have almost come to terms with ads, yes I am old enough to remember when YouTube did not have ads), and as always YOU for being here and reading. I appreciate you and I am so grateful for your support!  Now let’s get down to some nitty gritty.

Friends that help.  I have the BEST friends. I know I say this often, but I’m not sure how to say it any other way.  I have this support system that completely rocks my face off daily, weekly, yearly, and some friends that I have had for thirty years (told you I was old).  I would not be here without them.  My kid would not be here without them.  We would not be here without them and we sure as hell would not be entering into the best part of our lives without them.  I am beyond floored by the generosity, support and humor my friends offer me.  Here are a few examples:  I have been driving my neighbors truck for the past year because Sally Subaru took a shit on me and I haven’t been able to afford to fix it.  This man has let me drive his very expensive truck for a YEAR so that my son and I have safe transportation.  Just for that reason.  No, seriously, that’s it.  I have now adopted him as my father (I didn’t ever really have one) and will continue to provide him excellent lawn care service as he is on the road all the time.  Fucking blessed.  Think that’s crazy (it is), my OG KT is selling me her old car!  SO NOW I HAVE MY OWN VECHICLE AGAIN THAT RUNS!! Like actually starts, and goes, and I don’t have to worry about when the neighbor is coming home because I can use it anytime because it’s mine… like… speechless. My life feels like a dream right now.  JDawg (my other OG) has me working so I can get groceries, Tiny Christ keeps me sane, and my girls in the Christy Crew keep me sane and seeing the miracles in every day. I am so so so thankful for each and everyone of you.  Sincerely, authentically, and wholeheartedly thank you.

Little Dude on the Upswing.  My kiddo is going through an emotional growth spurt and it is so amazing to witness and be a part of that I am in awe.  He is laughing easily, being kinder, and just loving more and more.  We made a “sweet life” spell jar this past week and added all the beautiful things we want to grow our life into.  The next day he said “I just realized I am being nice to you! I think our spell is working!” Hahahahaha!! Sure is kid 😉 I love that with the safety I have felt with the stalker being in jail that a peace has come over our house and that is reflected in my child.  I love that we can play outside and be okay.  We deserve all the good things coming.
